The concept for their CD design was to showcase the band among mangoes in an urban residential Honolulu; it’s the everyday honolulu that we know and love.

Though their music is classic 1970’s Hawaiian-inspired, a traditional “Hawaiian CD cover” just wouldn’t match them or be appropriately matched to their music. As fits the music, the CD look has retro feeling with an easy, feel good vibe.

Stephanie Chang Design Ink came up with the concept for their debut CD packaging, art directed the photography, and created the graphics.
